If you have any questions that are not answered here or in your email handouts, feel free to contact the midwife.
Scheduling Policies
- Illness: If you or anyone in your household is sick on the day of your appointment, please call to discuss rescheduling. It’s important to prevent the spread of illness, both at home visits and in the office. A sick midwife may be unable to attend births!
- Inclement Weather: Safety is a priority. If the weather conditions are unfavorable, you are welcome to reschedule your appointment to avoid taking unnecessary risks.
- Midwife Rescheduling: Sometimes, appointments need to be rescheduled due to births or after an all-night birth. This is part of the personalized care we love to provide, and we appreciate your understanding. When it’s your turn, we will prioritize your birth in the same way!
- Client Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, you can use the link in your email confirmation or appointment reminder to cancel this appointment and choose another time.
Doulas
We love working with doulas! If you need a referral, we’re happy to recommend doulas we’ve had great experiences with.
Make a Payment
Payments can be made:
- In-person via cash, check, or card
- Online using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Health Savings Account (HSA), or Flex Spending Account (FSA) cards.
To make a payment between visits, message the midwife with the amount, and you’ll receive a secure invoice through Square.
Birth Supply List
We provide a custom birth kit with disposable supplies. You’ll need to gather additional items listed in the Birth Supply List (PDF) to prepare for labor. If you have questions, contact the midwife.
